Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Equiptment (Water Heater and Pump) is warrantied for 30 days. Mechanical parts (Water Heater and Pump)are the only items under warranty. You are responsible for paying the shipping of the deffective item to us and we will ship you the replacement part/s. Please inspect your items immediately at the time of receipt to insure no damage has occured during shipping. If any damage has occured during shipping, do not accept item. Primo Portables is not responsible for any damages after you have recieved the item. All sales are final. Please contact us immediately if you have any problems.
